If you want to ask for a Letter of Consistency from the Berks County Digital Equity Coalition for a Federal or State grant application, please follow these steps:
Step 1
Submit this Intent to Apply form at least one month in advance of the grant application deadline, or as soon as possible.
Step 2
Please upload a draft of the narrative of your application as soon as possible, but no less than one week before the submission deadline
